Dear Sir/Madam:
The University of Utah (NRC License R-126; Docket No. 50-407) is submitting a revision to its security plan entitled, "Physical Security Plan for Protection of SNM of Low Strategic Significance-Revision 7" under the guidance of 10CFR50.54p(2). The changes do not lessen the security obligation, and increase its effectiveness.
Therefore, as allowed under this regulation, the revised plan has been implemented as of the date of this correspondence.
