SUBJECT:
UNIVERSITY OF UTAH - CORRECTION TO ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 9 REGARDING PAGE NO. 3 OF RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-126 (TAC NO. M79601)
Dear Dr. Jevremovic:
By letter dated December 12, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML113350316), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 9 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-126 for the University of Utah TRIGA Nuclear Reactor. Due to an administrative error, the numbering on some of the license conditions on page 3 of the amended facility operating license was incorrect (non-sequential).
Enclosed is a copy of page 3 of the University of Utah TRIGA Nuclear Reactor facility operating license with corrected numbering. Please replace the existing facility operating license page 3 with the enclosure.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 301-415-0893 or by electronic mail at Geoffrey.Wertz@nrc.gov.
Sincerely,
/Alexander Adams for RA/
