Dear Dr. Sjoden:

Thank you for your response of June 7, 2021, to our Notice of Violation issued on

May 7, 2021, concerning activities conducted at your University of Utah TRIGA Nuclear Reactor

Facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of Title 10

of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.201, Notice of violation. We will examine the

implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection. We appreciate your

cooperation in this matter.
