Attached please find the current list of active actions (we call them TACs at NRC). I have indicated the status of each TAC. I hope this list would greatly reduce the need for us to go over each TAC in the updcoming meeting on 5/21/03. I prefer to discuss TACs on real-time, rather than in a meeting.

MA3465 Pilot Program Source Term Evaluation (NUREG-1465) 11/15/99 (AmerGen has not asked for approval to change licensing basis under 10 CFR 50.90. The NRC staff had a telecon with AmerGen on 11/22/02 and is awaiting AmerGens decision. Meanwhile, the NRC staff is considering documenting review results and terminate this TAC.)
