Reactor Coolant System (RCS) Pressure and Temperature (P-T) Limits TS 3.4.12 - Low Temperature Overpressure Protection System TAC Numbers MB6972 and MB6973 The purpose of this letter is to docket Duke's response to your request by telephone for clarification of information related to the referenced submittal.
Duke stated in the technical analysis section of this submittal that Revision 2 of WCAP-14040, which has been approved by the NRC, was used to develop the proposed P-T curves.
Duke also referenced Revision 3 of this WCAP, which has not been approved by the NRC, in the reference list of the same submittal.
The NRC requested clarification of which WCAP revision was used to develop the proposed P-T curves.
Duke hereby clarifies that Revision 2 of this WCAP was used to develop the proposed P-T curves.
