CRYSTAL RIVER NUCLEAR PLANT 50-302/2003-301

Dear Mr. Young:

In a telephone conversation on April 02, 2003, between Mr. Mark Van Sicklen, Supervisor,

Licensed Operator Initial Training, and Ms. Kathleen ODonohue, Senior Operations Engineer,

arrangements were made for the written exam to be administered August 22, 2003 rather than

the original date of August 25, 2003. The date of the on-site preparatory week remains the

week of August 4, 2003 and the date of the operating test remains the week of August 25,

2003.

This letter contains information collections that are subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of

1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). These information collections were approved by the Office of

Management and Budget, approval number 3150-0018, which expires on April 30, 2003. The

public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 50 hours5.787037e-4 days <br />0.0139 hours <br />8.267196e-5 weeks <br />1.9025e-5 months <br /> per

response, including the time for reviewing instructions, gathering and maintaining the data

needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Send comments on any
