OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 - INFORMAL TRANSMITTAL OF EMEB REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (TAC NOS. MB6651, MB6652, AND MB6653)
The attached questions, which were provided by the Mechanical Engineering Branch, were informally transmitted to Duke Energy Company (the licensee). The questions relate to the licensees November 1, 2002, submittal that proposes revisions to the Oconee licensing basis associated with the failure of non-seismic piping in the auxiliary building. This memorandum and the attached questions do not convey or represent an NRC staff position regarding the licensees request.
