OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 - INFORMAL TRANSMITTAL OF REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (TAC NOS. MB6651, MB6652 AND MB6653)
An e-mail of the attached questions was informally transmitted on January 16, 2003, to Duke Energy Company (the licensee). The questions relate to the licensees November 1, 2002, submittal that proposes revisions to the Oconee licensing basis associated with the failure of non-seismic piping in the auxiliary building. This memorandum and the attached questions do not convey or represent an NRC staff position regarding the licensees request.
