"Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 - Request for Additional Information, Regarding Containment Structure Conformance to Design Basis Requirements (TAC Nos. MB3603 and MB3604)," dated May 31, 2002 This letter provides Indiana Michigan Power Company's (I&M) response to a Nuclear Regulatory Commission request for additional information (RAI) regarding conformance of the containment structures at Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant to design basis requirements. The RAI was transmitted by the referenced letter. The referenced letter documented I&M's agreement to provide its response to the RAI by July 2, 2002. In subsequent telephone discussions, I&M informed J. F. Stang, NRC, that the response would be submitted by July 16, 2002. to this letter provides the requested information. Attachments 2 through 6 provide additional documentation supporting the information provided in Attachment 1. Attachment 7 documents a new commitment contained in this letter.
