1. Such insurance as is afforded by the policy shall also apply to the entity named below, but solely
a. while such intity is acting within the scope of its duties pursuant to a contract executed with Florida Power and Light Company dated January 1, 1975 (Rev. 3 - 7/7/75) or as may be further amended, and
b. with respect to liability for bodily injury or property damage

, arising out of nuclear material which has been used or is to be used or has been irradiated in the course of the operation of a reactor located at Florida Power and LIght Company's Turkey Point Power Station and St. Lucie Plant.

2. Except with respect to compliance with the obligations imposed on the insured by Conditions 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the policy, the first named insured is authorized to act for every other insured in all matters pertaining to'his insurance.
