Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) submitted an application for amendment of the Turkey Point Unit 3 and 4 licenses in Reference 1. The application concerned a revision to the implementation dates for the license amendments issued by the NRC staff in Reference 2. FPL hereby withdraws the Reference 1 application for Turkey Point Unit 3. FPL will submit a separate application to update the licensing basis for the Unit 3 spent fuel pool.
