Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Re: Florida Power and Light Company St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335, 50-389 Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250, 50-251 NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC Seabrook Station Docket No. 50-443 NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC Duane Arnold Energy Center Docket No. 50-331 NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC Point Beach Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-266, 50-301 Official Service List Change The purpose of this letter is to ensure that correspondence distribution lists are revised to direct all nuclear correspondence to Mano Nazar, FPL Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer for Florida Power and Light Company, the licensee for the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Units.1 and 2, and the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant, Units 3 and 4 (collectively referred to as FPL) and its affiliates, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra Energy Seabrook) the licensee for Seabrook Station; NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NextEra Energy Duane Arnold), the licensee for Duane Arnold Energy Center; and NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra Energy Point Beach), the licensee for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (collectively referred to as NextEra Energy).

By FPL letter dated January 6, 2009 (L-2009-002), the NRC was notified of Mr. Art Stall's pending retirement as the Chief Nuclear Officer. Accordingly, effective January 1, 2009, Mr.

Mano Nazar was named Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer for FPL and NextEra Energy nuclear sites. In addition to the announcement made in the letter of January 6, it was requested that a revision be made to the NRC correspondence distribution lists to direct all nuclear correspondence (FPL and NextEra Energy) to Mr. Nazar, rather than Mr.

Stall.

L-2009-098 Page 2 Since this announcement, several NRC documents involving topics for FPL and NextEra Energy have been addressed to Mr. Stall. The January 6, 2009 announcement letter may not have been the proper vehicle for requesting a correspondence service list change, and accordingly the following change is requested.

Effective April 16, 2009, the legal names of the following licensees were changed as follows:

Mano Nazar is the official recipient of all NRC correspondence related to the FPL and NextEra Energy sites.
