General: Please state what revision of your physical security plan you are currently using.

Please provide the CAP procedure.

1. Physical Security Requirements for ISFSI (81311) (effective date 10/06/20) Corrective action report summaries that are any way associated with ISFSI security, from March 13, 2018 to September 30, 2021. Please provide any additional ISFSI security CRs that may be written after September 30, 2021 while I am on site. Any ISFSI-specific security procedure. Any procedure that applies to security equipment or processes in use at the ISFSI, such as but not limited to: Access Control, Searching, Patrolling and Surveillance programs, Equipment Maintenance and Testing, etc. Any Lesson Plan that covers ISFSI security operations. A complete list of personnel currently authorized unescorted access into the ISFSI. Protection of Safeguards Information Procedures. Any security audits that include ISFSI since March 13, 201 LAST ITEM THIS SECTION 2. Also please have the following documents already located and ready for examination upon request on site by the first day of the inspection (August 23-25, 2021)

A. Any safety evaluation type letters or order responses between PV and NRC related to ICM for Dry ISFSIs located at an operating reactor facility on the Owner Controlled Area, dated October 16, 2002.

B. Any safety evaluation type letters or order responses between PV and NRC related to ASM for the Physical Protection of Dry ISFSIs, dated September 28, 2007.

C. LLEA MOU

D. Minimum Standoff Distance calculations (ISFSI Related)
