The inspector examined quality records for drill hole numbers 4003 through 4015 and 4019 through 4029 in spray pond A-1 and drill hole numbers 8001 through 8010 in spray pond B-2, completed grout hole numbers 8001 through 8010 in spray pond B-2, and geologic mapping of spray pond B-1 and B-2 pump stations. In addition to the acceptance criteria listed in paragraph 5, the following documents controlling work activities were examined:
