LIMERICK GENERATING STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PHYSICAL SECURITY BASELINE INSPECTION REPORT NOS.
05000352/2003010 AND 05000353/2003010
Dear Mr. Skolds:
On October 29 and 30, 2003, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a security inspection at your Limerick Generating Station. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection findings, which were discussed on October 30, 2003, with Pete Supplee and other members of your staff.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to public health and safety, the common defense and security, and to compliance with the Commissions regulations, orders, and the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
