This letter refers to the routine safeguards inspection of your activities authorized unoer NRC License No. NPF-1 conducted by Messrs. W. P. Mortensen and L. W. Ivey of this office on October 20-24,28 and 29,1980.
It also refers to the discussions of our inspection findings held by the inspectors with Mr. C. P. Yundt, Mr. J. Street and Mr. R. Tolbert and memcers of their staffs en October 24, 1980 and with Mr. T. Bracy on October 29, 1980.
The inspection included examination of activities related to your program for physical protection against industrial sabotage and against theft of special nuclear raterial in accordance with applicable requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 73, " Physical Protection of Plants and Materiais", and pertinent license conditions as described in the enclosed inspection report.
