Records and Reports, Testing and Maintenance, Physical Barriers - Protected and Vital Areas, Assessment Aids, and examination of the circumstances surrounding a physical security event reported by the licensee on April 10, 198 Inspection B, documented in Report Nos. 50-335/86-17 and 50-389/86-16 were announced reactive physical security inspections to review the circumstances and evaluate the significance of the physical security events reported by the licensee on May 16 and June 13, 198 Results: Review of the circumstances of the events, physical security plan commitments, and discussion with licensee personnel confirmed the following violation of regulatory requirements:
