Inspection Summary Inspection on February 26 - March 1, 1979 (Report No. 50-331/79-08)

Areas Inspected:
Special unannounced inspection regarding the licensee's corrective action on previously identified items of noncompliance, and oatstanding and unresolved items identified during the last three security inspections.
In addition, the inspection covered areas relative to 10 CFR 73.55 requirements, specifically, security organization, physical barriers, access controls, communication requirements and testing an4, maintenance.
The inspection involved 32.5 inspection hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
Results:
Of the five areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in one area; four items of noncompliance were identified in three areas (Physical Barriers - Paragraph 4, and 4b; Communication Requirc ments - Paragraph 5; Testing and Maintenance - Paragrsph 6).
All four items are considered infractions. All previous items of noncompliance, outstanding items, and unresolved items are considered closed.
