ERRATA TO FINAL SIGNIFICANCE DETERMINATION OF WHITE FINDING AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000325/
2009010 AND 05000324/2009010), BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT
Dear Mr. Waldrep:
On September 14, 2009, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection report for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Units 1 and 2 (ML092580351). In reviewing this report, we identified an administrative error regarding a tracking number for an NRC violation. Specifically, on page 2 of the cover letter, tracking number Violation 05000325; 324/2009009-010 should be, Violation 0500325; 324/2009010-01. Please make the appropriate pen and ink changes in the subject report to reflect these corrections. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
