Violation issued on February 13, 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Hatch facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that the response for Violation 96-15-02, Failure to Implement Procedure to Electrically Backseat a Reactor Core Isolation Cooling Inboard Isolation Valve, met the
