ERRATA FOR ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNIT 1 - NRC INITIAL OPERATOR LICENSING EXAMINATION REPORT 05000313/2014301 AMENDED TO 05000313/2014303
Dear Mr. Browning:
It was identified that an improper inspection report number was assigned to the scheduled initial operator licensing examinations to be performed at Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1, during the week of November 17, 2014. The inspection report number for this activity is being amended from NRC Report Number 05000313/2014301 to 05000313/2014303.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, its enclosure, and your response (if any) will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
