ERRATA FOR ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE - NRC SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT 05000313/2012403, 05000368/2012403
Dear Mr. Schwarz:
This Errata corrects the cover page to include an Enforcement Action number EA-11-212 and changes the date in the first paragraph, fifth line, from April 26, 2016, to April 26, 2012. Please replace the cover page with the enclosed revised page. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs document system, ADAMS.
