ERRATA LETTER FOR INSPECTION REPORT (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-280/97-05 AND 50-281/97-05)
Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
This refers to our inspection report which was issued on June 13, 1997. The Inspection Report Number, 97-03, was incorrect. The correct Inspection Report Number is 97-05. This corrective action was discussed with Mr. Luffman of your staff and W. Stansberry of our staff on June 25, 1997.
Please make the appropriate pen and ink changes of "97-03" to "97-05" at the following pages.
