NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-269/94-31, 50-270/94-31, AND 50-287/94-31 Gentlemen:
Thank you for your response of March 15, 1995, to our Notice of Violation (Notice) issued on December 19, 1994, concerning activities conducted at your Oconee Nuclear Statio In your letter, you recommended that the programmatic aspects of Violation 1 be discussed as part of a management meeting in the June-July timeframe, you requested that Violation 2 be reclassified as non-cited and you denied Violation 3 relating to the inservice test implementation scope for valve.
With respect to your recommendation regarding the programmatic aspects of Violation 1, we consider your discussion during the recent June 20, 1995, management meeting as have been an acceptable means for addressing our concern After reviewing the information provided in your response to Violation 2, we agree the criteria for a non-cited violation is met. Therefore, we will reclassify the violation as non-cite Presently, we are still considering the information on which you are basing your denial Violation 3. We will contact you at a future date upon completion of our evaluatio We will examine the implementation of your actions to correct the violations cited in NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-269/94-31, 50-270/94-31, and 50-287/94-31 during future inspection We appreciate your cooperation in this matte
