50-269/73-1. A prelicensing inspection was conducted during the period of January 27 - February 1, 1973. Upon completion or resolution of the following items, Region II will find Oconee 1 ready for issuance of an operating license:

Tests DPC has not completed the testing, reviews, evaluations, resolution of deficiencies and approvals pertaining to twenty-nine preoperational tests.
2.
Core Flood Restrictors DPC has not completed the installation of the core flood restrictors.
3.
Reactor Vessel and Internals

4.
Security Plan DPC does not have an acceptable security plan nor approved implementing procedures.

Reactor Coolant Pump Oil Fire

Letter report received from DP * on January 30, 1973. Evaluation to be complete February 5, 1973. We do not anticipate any problems with the report.
.DPC has advised the Regulatory Operations inspector that they will be ready to load fuel on February 6, 1973.
Installation of the core flood restrictors is currently the critical path item.
