Thank you for your response of Harch 26, 1996, to our Notice of Violation, issued on February 29, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your Browns Ferry facility.
We have evaluated your response to Violation 296/96-01-01.
We have also noted the additional specific, administrative controls and SPDS enhancements initiated to address this issue.
We have found that your response in combination with these additional actions.meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
