Areas Inspected: Routine, announced physical security inspection involving:
Management Support, Security Program Plans and Audits; Protected and Vital Area Physical Barriers and Assessment Aids; Protected and Vital Area Access Control of Personnel, Packages and Vehicles; and Followup on a Previous Inspection Finding.
Results: One violation pertaining to an inadequate vehicle search was identified.
In addition, an inspection followup item involving excessive vehicle search drill failure rates was identified.
Corrective action was initiated for each finding.
The inspector concluded that the security program was generally well managed i
