Areas Inspected:
Implementation of 10 CFR 73:55 and compliance with the accepted security plan relative to communications, detection aids, testing and maintenance, access controls, physical barriers, security organization and records.
Licensee action on previously identified items of noncompliance related to physical security.
Licensee actions relative to I&E Circular 78-17.
The inspection involved 32 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC regional based inspector.
Resul ts :
Of the seven areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in four areas; an infraction (details in Paragarph 5) was identified relative to physical barriers; two infractions (details in Paragraph 6) were identified relative to access controls; an infraction (details in Paragraph 8)
was identified relative to records.
