i SUBJECT: INSPECTION NO. 50-245/91-81 This refers to your January 13,1993, correspondence, in response to our
December 30,1991, letter.
Thank you for informing us of your corrective actions for Unresolved Item 91-81-01 regarding the Millstone Unit No.1345 kV grid stability issue. A special NRC inspection was conducted on June 22 - 25,1992, to review and assess your stability study of the 345 kV system. The report of that inspection was forwarded to you on July 20,1992. Your corrective actions accomplished after July 1992 will be examined during a future inspection of Millstone Unit No. 2 EDSFI open items.
