Thank you for your letters, dated Dece=ber 19, 1974, January 17, 1975, and January 28, 1975, informing us of steps you have taken to correct the items of nonccmpliance concerning activities under NRC Operating License Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47 and DPR-55, which were brought to your attention in our letter of November 27, 1974. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
We have reviewed your response to noncompliance item I.A.l.k pertaining to the membership of the f4ation Review Committ ^e (SRC). This item is also related to Unresolved Item 74-10,08,11/5, which pertains to the functions of the SRC.
In our letter dated November 27, 1974, we informed you that Unresolved Item 74-10,08,11/5 was referred to the Office ofThe Inspection and Enforcement, Headquarters, for further evaluation.
18, 1974, requested Division of Reactor Licensing by letter dated December that you submit changes to your Technical Specifications consistent with the standard Technical Specifications.
Therefore, cince this matter js still under review by Licensing, we have no further questions at chis time.
