This refers to the inspection conducted by Masars. Finley and Peck of this office on November 12-13, 1974, of activities at Big Rock Point authorised by Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 70 and ARC License No. DPR-6 and No. SNH-614, and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Hartman and others of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection consisted of an examination of the Big Rock Point fuel accountability procedures, internal special suelear material control records; material transaction and status reports, inventory records, uranium depletion and plutonium production data, and a visual inventory of the special ancisar materials.
No items of noncompliance were found within the scope of this inspection.
The areas examined concern a subject matter which is axesapt from disclosure according to 10 CFR Part 2.790(d). Consequently our Reports No. 050-155/74-09 and No. 070-660/74-01 of this inspection will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
