The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The inspection findings are as follows: Based on the inspection findings, no violations were identifie. Previous violation(s) closed. During this inspection, certain of your activities, as described below and/or attached, were in violation of NRC requirements, and were assessed at Severity Level IV, in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy. This was an unannounced, limited scope, non-routine inspection of a radiographer operating under reciprocity in NRC jurisdiction. The licensee was authorized by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services License N L06716 to possess and use licensed material in radiographic operations. The licensee filed for reciprocity under 10 CFR 150.20 on September 19, 2025, and was granted a general license in accordance with 10 CFR 150.20 to conduct radiography in areas of NRC jurisdiction on September 22, 202 The inspector arrived on site and identified the licensee trailer. The licensee demonstrated camera daily checks, camera set up, boundary controls, and personal monitoring equipment checks. All radiography equipment and monitoring equipment were calibrated and in good visual condition. The inspector took independent surveys of the trailer and found no radiation levels that exceeded posting limits. The inspector interviewed the radiographers and found all to be knowledgeable on radiation safety principles, licensee operating and emergency procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. No issues were identified from inspector observation The inspector reviewed daily job sheets for the work done in NRC jurisdiction, records of camera and associated equipment maintenance, personnel monitoring equipment calibrations, radiographer semi annual audits, annual radiation safety and three-year DOT hazmat training, source leak tests and depleted uranium leak tests, radiographer cards, and dosimetry records of the three radiographers.
