2 The manual reactor trip was due to the loss of the "B" feedwater train caused by the "B" condensate pump failed motor shaft. The motor was replaced with a spare motor. Required repairs were made to the condensate pump. The unit was returned to service on 05/03/05 and operated at approx. 50% power while repairs were being completed. The unit returned to 100% power on I
05/08/05.
SUMMARY
- There was one forced manual scram during the month of May 2005. Details of this event will be reported in LER 2005-002-00 (due 06/30/05).
