In accordance with Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a. for the Harris Nuclear Plant, Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. (also known as Carolina Power & Light Company) is providing the enclosed Special Report. This report identifies no steam generator tubes plugged as a result of the recent Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection conducted during Refueling Outage No. 11.
The complete results of the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection will be submitted to the NRC within 12 months of completion as required by Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.b.
