This report includes information regarding; (1) individuals receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem/yr and their associated man-rem exposure according to work and job functions, (2) primary coolant specific activity limits, and (3) challenges to the pressurizer power-operated relief valves and safety valves for 2002.
