(alternately known as Carolina Power & Light Company) provides the Annual Operating Report for 2002. This report includes information regarding; (1) individuals receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem/yr and their associated man-rem exposure according to work and job functions, (2) primary coolant specific activity limits, and (3) challenges to the pressurizer power-operated relief valves and safety valves for 2002.

Enclosure to SERIAL: BNP-03-017 2002 ANNUAL OPERATING REPORT - PRIMARY COOLANT IODINE SPIKES During 2002, activity levels in the primary coolant did not exceed 1.0 pCi/gram dose equivalent 1-131 or 100/E-bar pCi/gram gross radioactivity as set forth in Technical Specification 3.4.8.
