In accordance with Harris Nuclear Plant Technical Specification 6.9.1.2, Carolina Power & Light Company provides the Annual Operating Report. This report includes information regarding; (1) individuals receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem/yr and their associated man-rem exposure according to work and job functions, (2) primary coolant specific activity limits, and (3) challenges to the pressurizer power-operated relief valves and safety valves for 2001.

The total dose in this table of 222.166 man-rem is based on electronic dosimeter readings for personnel who received > 100 mrem during 2001. Total electronic dosimeter dose for all personnel was 266.449 man-rem. Official TEDE dose for all personnel based on TLD readings (DDE) plus calculated internal (CEDE) dose was 252.241 man-rem.

Enclosure to SERIAL: HNP-02-016 2001 ANNUAL OPERATING REPORT - PRIMARY COOLANT IODINE SPIKES During 2001, activity levels in the primary coolant did not exceed 1.0 gCi/gram dose equivalent 1-131 or 100/E-bar ACi/gram gross radioactivity as set forth in Technical Specification 3.4.8.
