Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits this supplement to the Reference 1 License Amendment Request (LAR) that requests approval of alternative security measures for the implementation of an Early Warning System.

This supplement provides additional information to support the Reference 1 LAR that was discussed with the NRC during the closed teleconference on April 27, 2022.

The Enclosure to this letter contains security-related information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. When separated from the Enclosure, this cover letter is decontrolled.

This information in this letter does not impact the no significant hazards consideration analysis or the environmental consideration provided in Reference 1.
