10 CFR 72.44(b)(6), 10 CFR 40.41(f)(1), and 10 CFR 30.34(h), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby notifies the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code has been filed on January 29, 2019, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco, California.
PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
