Formal Announcement of Change in HNP ISFSI Manager Via this letter, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company is formally announcing that Mr.

Matthew Arsenault is now the Haddam Neck Plant (HNP) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Manager. The change was effective on December 15, 2016.

Mr. Robert Mitchell, the former Interim ISFSI Manager, will serve as the Assistant Director of Operations for Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company, Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company, and Yankee Atomic Electric Company.
