Haddam Neck Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Physical Security Plan, Revision 3 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of Licenses," paragraph (p)(2), the Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power' Company (CYAPCO) is submitting changes to the Haddam Neck Plant (HNP) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSD) Physical Security Plan.

• These changes were implemented on July 30, 2015.

A summary of changes to the HNP ISFSI Physical Security Plan is provided in Enclosure 1.

• The H-NP ISFSI Physical Security Plan, Revision 3, is provided in Enclosure 2. The enclosures contain Safeguards Information. It is therefore requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for*

Withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(4). When detached from Enclosures 1 and 2, this cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and may be decontrolled.

This letter contains no commitments.
