Accordingly, CYAPCO is requesting renewal of the QAP for Radioactive Material'Packages No:.0904 .

CYAPCO will perform packaging and transportation of'radioactive material in accordance with the latest revision of its NRC approved 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program.
