Dear Sir or Madam:

In January 2013, Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power) submitted LAR 12-06 (Reference

1) to the NRC. This LAR included a proposed revision to Technical Specification 3.7.17, which provided burnup-vs-enrichment limitations calculated for current operating conditions. Subsequently, the proposed changes submitted per LAR 12-06 are no longer needed to support the Spring 2013 refueling outage and Luminant Power withdrew LAR 12-06 per Reference 2.

Luminant Power would like to furthermore request, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(c), that Enclosure 1 of Reference 1 be removed from Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant dockets (50-445 and 50-446 for Units 1 and 2, respectively) and returned to Luminant Power.
