Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to 10CFR26.71, Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power) hereby submits the Fitness-For-Duty Program Performance data for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, herein referred to as Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP). Attached are CPNPP's Fitness-For-Duty Program Performance data for the six month period of January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008.
The data required by 10CFR26.71(d) are provided on standard forms with the exception of the summary of management actions and list of events reported, which are provided on a separate page entitled "Summary of Management Actions and Statistical Analysis for Reporting Period."

Summary of Management Actions and Statistical Analysis for Reporting Period January through June 2008.
Analysis of the data indicates that we randomly tested 29.1% of the average eligible population during the period of this report.
Due to a refueling outage during this reporting period, we had a total of fifteen positive drug test, one utility employee and fourteen contractor employees. The utility employee tested positive for two drugs on a for-cause drug and alcohol test. There were four refusals to test for the period, all four were contract employees. There were no reportable events associated with the testing.
Luminant Power submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10CFR26, Appendix A, Section 2.8(e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events associated with the performance specimen testing.
No events were reported by telephone under 1 OCFR26 and 1 OCFR73.
