In the referenced letters, the NRC staff requested that Entergy Operations, Inc. CNRO-2003-00051 Page2of2 Entergy has reviewed the safety evaluations with the owners of the information, Dominion Engineering, Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Co., and has concluded that they contain no proprietary information. Entergy informed the NRC staff of these conclusions via telephone conversations on September 30, 2003 and October 14, 2003.

This letter contains no new commitments.
