Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) Northstar Nuclear Decommissioning Co. LLC hereby provides Revision 1 of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station ISFSI Emergency Plan (Plan) as an enclosure to this letter. This revision to the Plan previously approved by the NRC in the Reference was evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and determined not to require prior NRC approval. Also enclosed is a description of the changes and the 10 CFR 50.54(q)

Screening Form for those changes performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3).

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
