72. The conditions of 10 CFR 72.212 require the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for storage of spent nuclear fuel. The fuel contained in the cask is from the VY Nuclear Power Station.

Accordingly, this letter hereby registers the use of the tenth VY dry fuel storage cask.

This letter also provides the following registration information:
