Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station License No. DPR-28 (Docket No. 50-271) 2004 Annual Report of Personnel Exposure The purpose of this letter is to submit the Vermont Yankee (VY) annual report of personnel exposure in accordance with the requirements of section 6.6.A of the VY Technical Specifications. The attached report, titled "Reg. Guide 1.16 Man-Rem Final End of the Year Report for 2004," includes a summary of the special maintenance conducted during 2004. This report covers the period beginning January 1, 2004 and ending December 31, 2004.

There are no new commitments being made in this submittal.
