By Reference 1, the NRC issued Order EA-12-049 to Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M),
licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2.
By Reference 2, I&M submitted a response to Reference 1. By Reference 3, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested that I&M establish an online reference portal with specific terms and conditions. The purpose of this reference portal is to facilitate the NRC review of I&Ms on-site documents that support the information provided by Reference 2.
I&M has established the requested online reference portal and was made ready for NRC access within the time frame requested in Reference 3. This letter provides written confirmation that I&M agrees with the Terms and Conditions set forth in Reference 3.
