Rencheck, Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer of the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, has left American Electric Power.

Mr. Joseph N. Jensen, currently Vice President of Site Support Services, has assumed the duties of Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer. Mr. Raymond A. Hruby, currently Project Director, has assumed the duties of Vice President of Site Support Services.
