Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3) regarding onsite property damage insurance, ADP CR3, LLC, hereby submits information regarding the present level and source of onsite property damage insurance for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant. This information is required to be submitted to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission by April 1 of each year.

P23-081 (renewal date August 1, 2024)
Limits:
$50,000,0001 The insurance maintained is provided through a policy purchased by Duke Energy Florida, LLC.
Reference 1 provided notification to the NRC that ADP CR3, LLC and ADP SF1, LLC were added to the policy written for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
